South Korea’s women’s soccer team shook its head in a friendly match against Spain, a strong team. Spain is the 2023 FIFA Australia-New Zealand Women’s World Cup winner.
Korea, led by head coach Shin Sang-woo, lost 0-5 in a friendly match against Spain at the Carthage Nova Stadium in Carthage, Spain on Thursday. Korea is 19th in FIFA rankings and Spain is third.
Due to the loss, Korea lost all four of its latest official matches. During the period, Korea allowed 16 goals without scoring a goal, including those against the U.S. (0-4, 0-3) and Japan (0-4). Coach Shin Sang-woo, who started taking the helm from the match against Japan, also failed to secure a debut win.
The Korean team formed a lineup of new players from the WK League. Notably, midfielder Kim Shin-ji (Wideok University), who was born in 2004, played with ace Ji So-yeon (Seattle Lane) in the midfield.
However, he lost a point at the header of Spain’s Claudina Finah in the fourth minute of the first half. In the 33rd minute, a back pass error led to Amaeur Saraehi’s additional goal.
In the extra time of the first half, Aitana Bonmati dribbled and then scored Korea’s net again with a right-footed shot. 메이저놀이터
