Son and two coaches have been briefly indicted in connection with the alleged child abuse case at the “SON Soccer Academy” run by Son Heung-min’s father, Son Woong-jung.

Chuncheon District Prosecutors’ Office announced today (30th) that it has summarily indicted three people, including director Sohn and coach A, who are suspected of child abuse under the Child Welfare Act, and ordered them to complete the child abuse treatment program.

The prosecution did not disclose the amount of the fine, saying, “We briefly prosecuted according to the case handling standards.”

A summary indictment is a disposition in which a court requests a summary order to impose a fine or fine through a written hearing without going through a formal trial in a case where the charges are relatively light. If the party or the court does not express its intention to go to trial, the sentence will be finalized.

However, in the process, it was confirmed that three people, including director Sohn, paid a total of 6 million won, 2 million won each, regardless of the victim’s intention.

The victim’s child was notified of the deposit on the 22nd and sent a reply yesterday that he would not seek the deposit.

The victim’s child said, “We only received a notice that the deposit was made, and there was no additional contact, such as an apology or agreement,” adding, “We will ask the court to refer it to a formal trial.”

Earlier, child A from SON Soccer Academy filed a complaint on March 19, claiming that “during off-season training in Okinawa, the coach hit B’s thigh with a corner kick stick and coach Son cursed for not being able to train.”

The Gangwon Police Agency, which received the complaint, sent three people, including director Sohn, to the prosecution in mid-April on charges of child abuse, and the prosecution, which took over the case, briefly prosecuted them four months after the investigation. 메이저놀이터

When the incident became known, director Sohn said in a statement, “I deeply apologize to the hurt children and their families.”

“There were never words and actions that did not presuppose love for children,” he said. “Since the plaintiff’s allegations are different from the truth, we are actively cooperating with the investigation without distorting or hiding the facts.”
