Eric Dier is set to leave Bayern Munich.

“Eric Dyer is showing signs of separation. His contract will not be extended and Bayern Munich is widely expected to free transfer him,” the German media Sky Sports Germany reported on Wednesday (Korea time).

Munich signed centre-back Eric Dier from the winter transfer window in January. Dier joined Bayern Munich on Kane and Tuchel’s recommendations and was given a relatively good deal of opportunity by Tuchel after his move. Dier made his debut on Jan. 25 (Korea time) against Union Berlin in a 45-minute appearance and has been a regular under Tuchel ever since.

Eventually, as his playing conditions were met, Bayern Munich officially announced on the club’s website on March 2 (Korea time) that “Die’s contract has been extended by one season until June 30, 2025 in accordance with mutually agreed provisions.”

Dier has played much more since coming to Munich than he did at Tottenham. Dier worked with Dier last season, and Bayern Munich pegged them as the main centre-back combination as more games won the Dier-Dericht centre-back combination. 먹튀검증

Dyer has shone in the Champions League as well. Dyer specialized in Tuchel’s tactics. Tuchel knew that Dyer and The Licht had weak hind spaces and uses tactics to lower the line a lot, unlike games in which Kim Min-jae competes. He not only had good chemistry with his main partner, The Licht, but also with Kim Min-jae.

However, Dyer’s situation deteriorated dramatically. After Tuchel was replaced, Kompany took over, and Dyer’s tactics did not match at all. Slow-footed Dyer was not likely to be used in Kompany’s soccer, which was building high lines, and eventually handed over the starting position to Kim Min-jae and Uppamecano again.

Dier is also a substitute in four league games, and he is playing in six games, including all competitions. Dier has been perfectly pushed out of the starting lineup, and now Munich is about to let Dier go. According to the media, there is no sign of renewal between Munich and Dier, but Munich has not made a final decision yet.
