The Korea Football Physical Coaches Association (KFPF) will hold a regular conference in 2024.
KFPF announced that it will hold a regular conference at Sejong University’s Daeyang AI Hall on the 22nd. At this conference, a lecture on the theme of “The Present and Future of High Performance in Korean Soccer” will be held first. Subsequently, as sessions on building a high-performance system, topics such as “High Performance in Elite Academy Football,” “Strategy to Strengthen Teamwork to Maximize the Performance of Elite Football Teams,” and “Minimizing Data Waste: Are We Really Using Physical Data to Improve Performance?” will be covered in depth.
An international high-performance system will also be explored in the case of England and the United States to keep up with the latest trends in world football. Sessions on “The Premier League Academy’s Strategic Approach to High Performance: The Importance of Essential Movement Patterns and One-sided Training,” “The High Performance System of the Premier League’s First Team: Composition and Collaboration with Various Departments,” and “How to Evaluate Lower-Length Power and Isometric Strength during the Premier League Season.”
In addition, sessions on the application of high performance by the Korean national team will cover “The Beginning and Future of the Korea Football Association’s High Performance: The Role of Analysis for the Development of High Performance Systems” and “The Role and Future of the Korea Football Association High Performance Group.”
