Park Han-dong (49), CEO of Moez Korea, was elected president of the Korea University Football Federation.
The University Football Federation announced on the 20th that Park Han-dong was elected in the 13th presidential election held at the soccer center in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
Park Han-dong received 37 votes out of 72 valid votes, beating current chairman Byun Seok-hwa (62), who received 35 votes, by two votes. 메이저놀이터
Park Han-dong, a former soccer player, played for Myongji University, Pohang Steelers, and Korea Korail. He ended his career in 2002 due to an injury and entered the sportswear business. Currently, he is the CEO of Moez Korea, which owns brands such as Apple Blind.
President-elect Park Han-dong’s term will be four years from January 9, 2025.
Byeon Seok-hwa, who served as head of university soccer for 22 years, failed to serve in the seventh term. Since becoming president of the Korea Federation of University Football in 2002, Byeon has unfortunately picked up a bitter cup in his first primary race in 16 years since 2008.
