Chung Jung-yong, 55, manager of the Gimcheon Chamber of Commerce, is an academic background. Q. What coach Chung emphasized the most to players this season is motivation. It was true that the biggest goal of players was to complete their military service without injury before. From a manager’s point of view, it is better to win the K-League 1. However, in order to win the K-League 1, I think we need to develop ourselves more than we do now (laughs). My biggest personal motivation is to raise the level of completion of the soccer that I want to achieve. Soccer that I really wanted to play.
